Family friends coming over to stay from NZ meaning all the expensive/homemade booze comes out of the cupboard.

They are opening on Monday so in the run up they are testing their chef, staff etc to ensure a smooth opening.

Got stuck nto the cocktails last night.

Also had a bottle of lager - Brooklyn I think t was called 5.2%. 'twas nice
