Being told two nights in a row by random customers that I've given them the best customer service they've received in ages, and being handed extremely generous tips on both occasions. Not having to wear a shirt for work.
Does this mean you walk about exposing your chest to all and sundry?

Went for a promotion at work, no realistic chance of getting the job. Bossed the interview, didn't get the job, got a payrise instead. Job done

Probably the biggest name to appear in Melksham since Gary Glitter made his debut at the Town Hall in July 72.

Seen a few bands there but Golddiggers attracted the bigger names. Think I saw Style council in Melksham though. Edit: It may well of been Golddiggers where I saw them.

The news that Pikeys are heavily represented in the prison and young offender population.... Proportions of gypsies are even higher in Secure Training Centres (STCs), which hold young people between 12 and 18 years old, with 12% considering themselves Gypsy, Romany or Traveller. In Medway STC in Kent, this figure was 22%

Goldiggers was ace. Saw The Smiths, James, Marillion, The Human League and Marc and The Willing Sinners there, to name but a few.

This was brought to my attention by a mate of mine Bob Grover from the group The Piranhas who was a participant, some of the original letters and replies are brilliant. http://www.wilfturnbull.co.uk/index.html
