About 2 weeks ago my nearly 3 year old Mac provided the message, "Service Battery." I was still within warranty so I phoned to see what was the best course of action, as it seemed from the forums that Apple covers batteries that haven't had more than 300 charge cycles and mine had 109 recorded. The call confirmed it was covered so I went to an Apple Store today, left them with the computer and returned a few hours later with a new battery inside. That's pleased me massively.  |
