Hell no. I did it in 22 minutes yesterday, and was constantly on the 'oh no my stomach is going to explode' stage, so don't think I could have gone much faster
that's still extremely good though

I am really unfit, and terrible at running. How bad is the worst person, as that sounds like the sort of thing I need to start doing?

I dont do much running.  Or I havent done since October.  5k in 30 minutes shouldnt be beyond the realms of most people.  Its only 3.3 miles or something.

The slowest person did it in 59 minutes. It's 3.1 miles, you can do that at an easy walk in 40 minutes

Ah, that makes me feel a lot better about myself Smiley

I'm at about 6:00/km. I'm sure I could get quicker, but at the moment my body seems to decide to produce an unreal amount of mucus when I run which isn't conducive to good breathing.

I'm similar (I don't really run that often but I like to do it once every couple of weeks), and the mucus thing really gets on my nerves.

I've just started again after a 25 year hiatus. Fuck me side ways, I knew I was not fit but hells bells. Any way once I can get around Peatmoor lagoon without an emergency support unit I'll consider it.

Yeah, I'm unfit but can manage things like 5-a-side and that... had to do a run at work on Thursday and struggled with 1.6 miles in 15 minutes!! It's worse then I feared...

It's the Guardian, what do you expect?

TBF it's also in the Daily Facist and The Torgraph for balance (i've not checked the daily communist). ALL 2.5 of the major parties are shitting themselves over UKIP and with good reason so anything to undermine them. The .5 is the LIB dems and there'll be fuck all left of them after the next general election.

Dont know if anyone posted this but here is the UKIP shipping forecast.  Very funny. https://soundcloud.com/nicholas-pegg/ukip-shipping-forecast?utm_source=soundcloud&utm_campaign=share&utm_medium=twitter
