I'll put to one side the fact that I think you're massively overestimating he proportion of the population that would drink drive.

I don't know how you came to that conclusion.

I'm only saying that those that do drive recklessly and still have a go at the likes of Hughes are being hypocritical, I didn't say how many of them I think there are.

Wait, hold on.

I've just re-read the original tweet and I see what you all mean now. My bad.

She normally seems quite level-headed, I suspect that she didn't mean what she wrote. I think she's just got her wording a tad wrong.

I missread the original tweet as to effect of "I bet those shouting murder have driven over the limit" rather than "I bet at least one of those shouting murderer have driven over the limit.

Anywho, the point I didn't make was that I think its fine to have a negative opinion of something even if you have done that thing yourself in the past. Hypocritical? Reformation of morality? As I said earlier, I personally think the outcome of the crime has a baring on how I view the individual too. Drink driving = stupid. Drink driving + killing someone = much much worse. You live with the consequences of your actions and are judged on them.

But lets not take this out of context, nobody was applying to be head of the road safety body. They just wanted to get on Hughes back. I'm not saying they weren't genuinely disgusted at the 'man', but they probably would shout the same thing in the street (mostly).

Will leave it there, its a circular argument with differing opinions as we know Smiley

But he has to give the TEF time to respond to his "what should I buy for secret santa" question.

I bought this last year  : http://www.amazon.co.uk/It-Looks-Like-C-k/dp/1408802457/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1383571760&sr=8-1&keywords=look+like+a+cock

It appears you have an extra c in your user name!

personally a cruise sounds like hell on earth and choosing somewhere absolutely baltic is doubly baffling.

However each to their own and I hope you and the missus have a lovely time! Smiley

When you live in a fantastically beautiful place with stunning beaches you crave something 'different' - our best recent holiday was a couple of weeks in Hong Kong !

Plus this is a bit of a landmark birthday holiday - suspect my wife is looking out the life insurance policy
