Possibly the first time I have ever read something from Mumsnet, but this is well worth it. Sara Crewe, take a bow. Penis BucketThat is hilarious, and very very odd. Maybe there is a potential market there. Who is up for the pitch on dragons den.

More than doubling my internet speed just by removing the bell wire from the master socket. Can't believe something so simple can have such great results.

Don't know which thread this should be in but I've been periodically annoyed/puzzled by a very quiet high pitched whine when sat around my computer. It was clearly electrical and quiet enough to not notice, but once you did, it niggled.
I was annoyed my computer was making any sound for start, and further annoyed I couldn't find out exactly where it came from.
Turns out today was my lucky day and I discovered it was one of those poxy usb plugs and the pitch changes depending on the charge status of the device. Silence. I now have a slight concern about whether or not it's dangerous, because it shouldn't really make any noise I'd have thought.

12 bottles of Rattler for £23.
I've been drinking it all week in Cornwall and it's given me some proper lucid dreams.
