He hasn't got Ward to hold his hand this year  Yep. Nothing new in football. Youth and Experience at centre back. It works. I expect we'd have let in a few more if we'd kept Flint but sold Ward. |

I don't understand BMI. I weigh around 14st and am just shy of 6ft. I am of stocky build but am in proportion, yet my bmi calc reckons I should be around 12.5 st   Edit. I used to weigh 17st, I could understand it then  |

According to BMI most professional athletes that require any kind of muscle mass would be overweight. You'd be much better off working out your body fat %.

When I asked a regular in the pub (Bournemouth supporter) how their team did this weekend. They looked disgusted and walked off. The Shitty and Yeokel supporters had a similar lack of enthusiasm about talking about their team's weekend.

The new TEF server runs faster with a quarter of the ram and less than half the cpu of the old server. It also hasn't crashed so far.  |
