In about 5th on Brighton, but just as happy as 1-2-3-4.

Nelson Muntz is my spiritual guide to that result.

6. There fans who had already left and come back in - choosing to goad us instead of celebrating with themselves and their players
7. That season we won 3-1 I think down there and they looked dead and buried then pulled off a miracle escape and stayed up.

Hate them, well chuffed to see them lose.

I reached my mid forties and my weight had crept up to 14 stone 7. I was feeling slow and sluggish, and getting to the stage of feeling a bit self conscious of generally being a bit flabby on days at the beach etc.

I haven't followed any particular plan beyond eat less, move more. I drink less beer at home, eat fewer pastry based products and rather than spend all evening glued to the laptop try to make sure I spend more time up and about.

Nice one Wiggy.

Here is a ponderer. I too am trying to lose weight, but I stagnated for a month after losing 2 1/2 stone. I think its on the down again now, but why did it stop for a month. The only thing that changed was I started to exercise a lot more, consequently I did up my calorie intake, but far less than I was burning through exercise.

Odd.

Odd.

Not an expert but it could be that your adding muscle density, which weighs more than fat.

Dunno Batch - perhaps something to do with bulking up muscle levels. There have been times when I have remained constant in weight but have still been getting noticeably slimmer.
