It pretty much is just that GIF. Every episode.

In a world of Chuck Lorre comedies and Mrs. Brown boys, that's a welcome break.

...and if you've never watched Curb Your Enthusiasm, then you must, it's fantastic.

Just remembering the Beloved Cunt episode made me laugh out loud on the bus.

NB. First time I've used the C word on the TEF. What's wrong with me?

I quite like how you use the actual word cunt and then use the word that alludes to the word cunt in the same post.

My son playing out the front with a couple of his friends on their scooters and ramps.  Just looked out the window and they were all doing an impromptu Harlem Shake  Smiley

A good story about football for once! Sounds like this fella had quite a career!

Knocking 11 Minutes off my Half Marathon PB time. Running outside of elite level is all entirely relative, and there were over 2 and a half thousand who did it quicker (including at least one TEFer), but I'm major chuffed with that.

The two pints afterwards were the best I've ever had.

Took six minutes off mine, I'm absolutely fucked now and could do with a few of those pints you mention. Great work Dave, got any others before the big one?

Good stuff. Tried 3 different pubs before finding one with seats, wasn't standing for anything! No more races planned, just 20 miles for the next two weekends before winding down. I'm well up for it

Well done both.  Well deserved beers tonight then.  I presume this was the Bath half?

Unfortunately I'm at the age where not running slower than last year is the main aim!

Yeah.

A 60 year old ran it in 70 minutes, so there's motivation enough.

The view across the Thames from Albert embankment towards parliament from the top deck of the 77 bus was worth getting out of bed for today. Sun out, full river and not too many fuckers around to spoil it.
