When the housing bubble finally properly deflates and shelter is again reasonably affordable, I'd like nothing more than to stop funding fucking landlord scums mortgages and have my own little place where if I had the space I'd keep a little herd of a dozen rabbits for eating. Nom nom nom.
My parents have recently become landlord scum. Both retired,and spend most days looking after my siblings kids for virtually nothing. They only have my old chaps work pension(they are under 65) for income and had enough in the bank to buy a reasonable house. Their savings were doing nothing for them so they bought a house and now let it out for a monthly income. |
