You have to feel a little sorry for Swansea.  One of the greatest nights in their history.  They're through to their first ever major final, and up against opposition that, on paper at least, they should beat.  And all that anyone is really talking about is a sending off for the opposition and a fucking ball boy.

And credit to the Swans...real class not gloating and trying to get Chelsea into more problems.

To think that they were bottom of league 2 ten years ago.

A real perfect portfolio of how to run a club and get to the top without breaking the bank.....or whinging about shit like the big 4 seem to do.

Ha ha. I was an 80s Goth, HPL was compulsory. And yeah, some of them were really "Wooooaaahhhh" fuck your shit up. Although just a millimetre either way and they (quite often) ended up just laughable. I sometimes think about re-reading them and seeing if they still make the same impression post-adolescence Smiley

I too was an 80'a goth. Recently dug out a collection of Cthulhu stories for my daughter to read. She is a Metallica fan and they have 2 or 3 songs that reference Cthulhu.

You are quite right that some of them don't work at all and are simply piss poor pastiche.

Still worth the effort for those that do though (erm, as I remember - I reserve the right to be utterly embarrassed at a later date if/when it turns out they were all shite, it was just I was easily impressed by a bit of Faux Gothick as a teenager!)

I got my parents tickets to see that. They're looking forward to it.

In other news, this was the funniest thing I'd ever seen at 8 am this morning, still drunk on 3 hours sleep

I was lucky enough to catch his warm up for his sausage time tour (in Reading), I assume that's the tour it is.

Totally mental from start to finish. Hilarious though, you'll both love it!
