You do an online application, then if your lucky they call you and do a telephone audition, then if that's successful you go to Bristol for an audition. The Bristol audtion is in 2 stages where at the end they do a 5 min video interview....then you wait for the call to say your on the show! Smiley

So, a four part audition for a gameshow that's based on nothing but pure guesswork?

How long do the contestants have to stay in Bristol for recording for? Some people seem to be on it for weeks.

The thing that struck me about that program, when I used to watch it, was always how pally they seemed to be to each other as they opened the box. 'oooh John, you are such a great guy, I hope this is the 50p' etc etc.

Surely there were some absolute horses helmets on it that everyone hated. 'Hope this is 250k Brian, you utter twonk' would make much better viewing in my opinion.

And to boot....make a much better viewing experience.

I saw an episode once where one contestant was warned for not applauding when another did well. Bit of a north Korean feel to it.

An old mate tried to get onto that show and was invited to one of their selection days. Proper weird and full of nutters he said.
