I lean towards keeping penalty shoot-outs.

I prefer them to replays, silver + golden goals etc. and any alternative will essentially would surely remain within a 'one-on-one' scenario.

I lean towards keeping penalty shoot-outs.

Penalties are the worst way to decide a game drawn after 90 minutes, except for all the other ways.

In domestic cups I'd go for replays first, but the modern game fixture list doesn't really allow this.
