Yep. Customer support assistant (or something like that), basically you tell people that there are no trains and direct them to where the coaches are and what time.

I was watching the Sounds of the 70s Rock thing on BBC3, so yes, a classic line up.  Saw them with Ricky Warwick last year, and thought he did a great job.  Didn't try to sound like Phil Lynott, obviously.
