Going to aim to get there in time to see the 1st group tee off.  Tried to do that past couple of years but always underestimate the amount of traffic on the M3 early doors

Where do you live?....i always get there for first tee off on all four days....i always follow Howells 18 then follow who i fancy before or after.
I like to watch as many as i can play the first...then spend a couple of hours watching them come home on the 18th.

Andover so it's only a 30 min drive at the most. I'll get my arse in gear this year and get there in time.

I tend to spend a fair bit of time at the 4th green, love the hole, good risk/reward par 5.  Also like the area where the 7th/10th greens and 8th/11th tees are, all close together so see a lot of action.

Makes me feel good but sad at the same time, but watching the great ormond street tv programme is something to behold. Some of the surgery performed is truly amazing. The surgeons definitely earn their money. My hat goes off to them.

My three year old asking, unprompted by me or anyone else, for a new Swindon shirt for his birthday this summer.  The fact that he doesn't really 'get' football yet makes this all the more impressive in my book.

(If I'm honest, it's probably because his little brother now wears the old Kingswood Construction shirt his uncle bought him when he was a baby.  But still.)

Speaking of which...would anyone know when next season's shirts are on sale?  Are they going to be out in time for an early June birthday?  (The last time I bought one, we had Castrol as sponsor.)

I was in the shop the day of the Vale game and the lady said the home shirt wouldn't be out for a while but the away shirt was out now. Maybe worth a phone call ?

One of the best Swindon related YouTube clips. Those kids v-signing, you're not singing any more and the reaction as Lukas Jutkiewicz scores. Lovely.

I saw this and mentioned it to the Missus. Me and the kids were well up for getting one but I was threatened with divorce.
It's still fucking tempting though....
