When me and the Mrs arrive at our destination in the car (I'm driving) why does it take her 10 minutes to organise herself before she gets out, she's had the entire journey to do this. I just turn off the ignition and get out.

I'm guessing she also takes five minutes between getting back in the car after paying for fuel and actually driving away from the pump. |

Phone insurance company offered me £241 for claim of lost phone. I phoned Orange who informed me a replacement will cost £170. Great I think, not a bad deal out of this.
So I went back and accepted the insurance offer and got back in touch with Orange. Within the space of 10 minutes they've changed their mind because my phone was repaired by HTC in February (due to faulty hardware): they're now telling me they have to decide whether they let me have a replacement as HTC replaced the Orange branded phone with a new generic one (untrue, they replaced the motherboard but it still had the hideous Orange logo on it etc.).
Utter bullshit. They sell me the phone tomorrow or I'm cancelling my contract.

Have played once this week and been up the driving range twice, and am non the wiser.

Why Sky News have just wasted 15 odd minutes interviewing some morons with hoods up and scarves over their faces about why they'd been involved in the riots and looting.
