I've been thinking that it's a really odd thing to say once you've been kicked off anyway. 'Thanks for the opportunity'? What opportunity? Surely the whole point is that he's decided he won't be giving you an opportunity. Because he fired you. Much more dignified to just give him a little nod, a wry smile, and then get up & leave. |

I think blue sky and kittens might help.
The day started out well, had some sex and played some Dead Space 2.
But I've been royally shafted from a couple of different angles tonight at work. Was meant to have some live broadcast of some play. I was told when I arrived for my shift that everything was fine. All set up and ready to go when needed. But it wasn't. Not even slightly. Tests weren't done and add to that the guys that are meant to broadcast it to us aren't even doing it on our frequency. So basically we advertised something we didn't have a fucking hope of showing. But everyone gets refunded and walks away thinking it's my fucking fault when in reality I'm the one that has been bent over and bludgeoned with a rusty dildo.
