Ordering a ruby over 90 minutes ago and it still not here despite an initial 45 minute estimate and reassurance 20 minutes ago that it was 5 minutes away. He'll be taking it back if it isn't free...

What happened in the end?
It turned up cold, after 2 hours... No apology or anything. So it went back after a minor altercation and I walked to the chippy. When a curry I ordered the other month (different place) was 20 mins late, it arrived with a free bottle of merlot - and I hadn't even realised it was supposedly late. |
