I know this won't help, but I've always avoided properties that have management companies operating.

Unfortunately not possible if you buy a new build these days.
Management companies are used because it means the councils don't have to pay for the repairs and upkeep of the estate.  Wouldn't be surprised if it's part of the agreement made when the council passes planning permission for these developers.

The worse thing is you have more rights if you have a leasehold property than you do if your freehold hence why the term fleecehold has appeared

Yeah, council must love getting management companies in tbf.

Probably get a nice backhanded to start with. Then they aren’t responsible for maintenance / repairs but still charge you the full amount of council tax.

Less expenditure more income.

Still no fucking E’s in the club shop.

So shirt won’t be ready for the boys birthday. How difficult is it to get some letters in? It’s not like I left it mega late - this seasons shirt only went on sale the other week ffs.

Amateur.

Be easier to take it to bloody Cheltenham Town to get it printed at this rate.

It does not - but it’s been his surname & age ever since his first birthday. Not changing it because for someone reason the club doesn’t think its pertinent to stock letters for shirt printing.

Plus, I’m sure it’s not just Es they don’t have. I’m not confident they’d have As or Os or even Ns & Ts etc.
