Just had a nice holiday in Spain and spent a bit too much time mixing with those stereo-typical gammon-brits aged 50-70+ that were seemingly everyone.

At some point every conversation descended into thinly veiled racism and a hatred of hummanity. Everything always ended up amongst the bingo-card-bile of dinghies, reform, wokeness anything they don't agree with or hurts their feelings, The Left, people's sexuality, pro-nouns, women's football, Brexit, "Two-Tier®", black people, political correctness gone wrong, "I'm not racist but...", "can't say anything these days"

I was left quite shocked how common it is to be such an openly awful human. I love my echo chamber and found it scarily eye-opening how widespread being such a cunt is accepted en masse by rather quite nice people. It reminded me of when Louis Theroux interviewed a paedo in the states and said it was hard to reconcile a person that he quite liked with someone who was a paedo.

I wonder if you did a Venn diagram of sympathy to the cause of Palestinian Action, Just Stop Oil, Extinction Rebellion, Antifa, it would be just a single circle  Smiley
The Guido Fawkes mask has been replaced with a Keffiyeh.

As per my post, I expect the venn cirlce could also have another circle - things that cause hurty feelings for the free speech absolutists I expect.

At Audrey's age, I'd have expected it to cost a bit more than £2 to put a bit of air in his tyres...

Which is more disturbing, the potential lie or having a husband called Moth?

Perhaps the presence of Moth explains why their story has a few holes in it.

I know they are busy and have a job to do, but farmers and their massive vehicles. This morning I was heading to work and passed a big tractor with trailer coming the other way. This was on a slight right curve in the road. Suddenly there was some sort of massive combine type of machine, with tank tracks. It filled the opposite carriageway and was around a third into mine. We both stopped and I had to squeeze through, passenger wing mirror scratched up in the hedgerow, drivers mirror about an inch from the tank.
Firstly, why do they always seem to get on the road during rush hour? Secondly, surely that vehicle should have some sort of vehicular escort? Damn dangerous.  Bad Mood
