I'm posting this in response to Quaggy's post on the other thread because it made me think of it, not because I think that he does such things, although he might....  

My missus runs a reasonably successful online business, the majority of her customers are women and the majority of engagement she has with them is via Facebook and Twitter.

Despite her customer base probably being c. 98% female she receives a phenomenal number of dick pics all the fucking time, why the fuck do men feel the need to do it, its not as if such things are very photogenic anyway! Do men really think women like it??

I'd say it's probably insecurity. Emily Atack did a documentary about it and she gets loads of unwelcome pictures daily. When she responded to some,  asking why they were sending them, most closed down their accounts, presumably out of embarrassment.

I presume the men that do, think that women actually enjoy it. There is possibly a small % that do, of course. Human behaviour huh?
