Over the past 9 months due to personal issues, my caffeine intake has rocketed. Coffee and Energy drinks. I haven't had any adverse affects but i know what it can do to the body so thought i'd try and slow it down before its too late. Fuck me, I've felt like absolute shit for the last 3 days. Just had a small coffee and almost instantly feel better.
Probably be better off getting hooked on crack of something.
I get headaches if I don't have a coffee by around lunchtime. I can handle it ....

Caffeine is a bugger, when I worked at waterways I was drinking 10+ cups a day at work and realised after a while it was buggering up my sleep patterns etc. After the Epilepsy diagnosis I was advised to keep away from it so gave up coffee, drinking decaf made me realise I didn't really like Coffee just the kick, so its tea all the way now.

I've made a concerted effort to cut right back to 3-4 cups a day, plus the occasional one after dinner (which I appreciate makes no sense in terms of sleep, but I just enjoy a coffee after dinner as long as it's not too late). But I need a good strong coffee to get me started on my working day plus a follow-up soon after.

One thing i am good at is not having any after around 2/3pm at the latest.

I tried moving over to decaf at Waterways and it did that to me, with bells on! Fuck, I didn't even notice that. I blame the missus. In my defence, the kids do take great pride in pronouncing bath, path and grass correctly (hint: if they were meant to be pronounced that way they would be written "barth", "parth" and "grarse").

BT “Full Fibre” being installed in my street.
I’ve “only” had 28 ish for a while, now I’m going to be getting 150mb, but can go a lot higher if I feel the need to go to such extremes.
Hopefully I don’t now get caught for not paying line rental for 8-9 months or get it slapped on top (apparently line rental not charged for fttp).

Bath is one of those fantastic English words that can be pronounced is a myriad of ways, and everyone is adamant they are right. It's BaFF for me.

Agree with all of that but the more modern debate it how do you say latte, you cunt? Larr-tayy or Latt-ay? Oh and why does not one person say it the same way as matte?!
