Is there a word to describe the period of days immediately following a mandatory password change on your computer/laptop at work - when, instinctively, you go to type in the old password before remembering you've changed it - but you can't immediately remember what you changed it to? If there isn't, there should be.
Senile?

Bog roll. The fact that you flush the toilet and it just goes around and around in circles.

Do what everyone else does and have xxxxxxxxx100 then increment by one every change.
My fool proof scheme....STFC, then increment by one letter along the adjacent to C keys.

Not only does this annoy me, but from about 9-11 there is a programme called Victoria Derbyshire, which looks like a lazy, current affairs style news programme.
She is quite possibly the most irritating person on television at the moment!

I hate how I am advised 14 days in advance of my password change. I'll change my password either when I am good or ready, or my computer forces me to change it.

That setting is configurable by the administrator. We do it on purpose to wind you lot up.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-33155853The fact that everytime this story is mentioned on the BBC it includes a quote from this lawyer and everytime its on about compensation. Dreadful thing to happen to them all, but does it need to be raised in every story!

Bet the girl hadn't even made it to the hospital before he had contacted the family.

I see. I had in fact weighed up the possibility, of a deranged TEFer hacking into my work stuff, but ruled it out on the basis, that nobody could be that deranged.

I guess our IT policy is a little lax. I've had the same password since 2011.

I get staff and students to change their passwords every 101 days. Has to include capital letter, must be 6 characters and mustn't include their name.
Rahhhh!
