Why can't women cut bread straight?

I'm always left with a lop sided fat wedge that you can't shove in the toaster

Don't start on toasters, you'll get BO excited.

It is true though, for some reason women can't cut bread straight. I think it's to do with playing with dolls when they're little, rather than hammering and sawing like lads.

Trying to buy an R80 60w dimmable light bulb in a supermarket.  I assume the EU law has come in now, as its impossible. Morrisons has a non dimmable 300 lumens low energy crap, and that was it. 300 lumens, I'll get the candles out.

Even finding a simple 60w bayonet seems tricky.

Can you get dimmable low energy bulbs? We now seem to have normal low energy ones in our dimmers which just sizzle and flicker if you dim them!

Plenty available on internet, particularly if they are "industrial ones" which work just as well.

Yes. gone for internet order.

And you can buy led dimmable r80 circa 600 lumens, would do this in an instant if it wasn't for the fact they are about £10 a bulb and I need 9 (could get by with 6).

Running the line yesterday for our lads U12 team. One oppo player kicks the ball away after I give a throw-in against them, not contentious, clear cut. The ref blows calls the lad over and says "you may see that on MOTD but you're not doing that in my games, understand?". The lad says yes and the ref waves the throw to be taken. The a few mins later their coach says to the young "take no notice of the ref, ignore him!" FFS what a cock.

If you mean a sun £9.50 holiday don't worry as you can't start booking them until tomorrow, that gives you a day to talk her out of it.

Nah it's all done. Priority booking Hmmm....

Think it was fox 'expert' rather than the anchor, not sure if that's worse mind.

#foxnewsfacts has entertained me on twitter though..

The "Expert" in question was interviewed on PM on Radio 4 while I was driving home from work. Absolutely cringeworthy - the PM presenter should really have given him a harder time.

New bed. Flat packed, for easy home assembly. Instructions that look like some cunt with a crayon drew them. 279 bits. I'm royally fucked.

As I'm now on maternity leave I'm at home most of the day and the phone seems to ring continually with sales calls.  Today I had 5 comprising of PPI, compensation for a car accident,  cavity wall insulation, boiler grant and sky box insurance.

Our phone number is on the telephone preference service, so I thought these type of calls wouldn't get through? Obviously not.
