That my computer clock is now telling me, it's an hour later than when I left the pub...despite the fact it's a 3 minute walk.
Although it could be in the Sweatie independence thread....surely being able to stick to Central European Time (despite Fatbasher's reservations) has to be the way forward.

And those reservations are?

More bloody footballers on freebies. Tonight I have Daniel Sturridge and Kieron Gibbs. Or It might be Alex Oxlade Chamberlain. Whichever. I feel like I should probably get security to kick him out for no reason anyway.
This Banks bird is definitely a big draw for the football crowd.
If any Swindon footballers are reading and want to come tomorrow night Ill be fine with it. Koko in London.

For the past 4 days I've been trying to make a GPs appointment.
You have to call at 2pm to make an appointment for that afternoon.
Well, surprise surprise, by the time I actually get through to the receptionist all appointments are gone and today was offered a standard appointment for 18th April.
It's appointment by pot luck FFS.
Is this normal for all surgeries?

Just pop in and say that you'll wait in the reception until someone doesn't turn up for an appointment, then jump in.

What gets me is there is no appraisal of need.
Giving out appointments on a first come first served basis is ridiculous.
If someone has found a lump and is obviously worrying about cancer and then can't get an appointment for weeks just what is the point of it all.
No wonder people just turn up at A&E and clog that up

Cut off a finger and then when you're rushed through use the opportunity to go 'Oh, and whilst I'm here Doc...'
