And in fairness the peak time holidays being hugely expensive thing is even worse for teachers/school staff as they don't even have the choice to slide off during term time and just take the hit of the 60 quid fine and a lot of them are on (comparatively) shit pay so they get a double whammy.
They should have done better at school then instead of fucking about on holiday

This is trapped somewhere between the 2 threads. I pulled out of Costa on J16 earlier, turning left towards West Swindon, and saw a Ferrari F40 pulling out by the VW garage going the other way. It was rush hour so I never could've gone back to admire the sound - I've never heard one before. I'm so sad I actually went in the Ferrari garage a few months back and it made my day as there was 2 gorgeous F40s in there. Sexual.

Trying to replace three snapped fenceposts, fence is down and old (snapped at ground level) posts removed, but the post bits in the ground are being bastards. I've got one out, halfway through the second and I'm knackered!

Unless you've got or you next door neighbours have got animals or you have open space the other side I'd wait till April like I'm doing. The fact I hate my neighbour and his house is up for sale may mean a longer wait to get the four panels replaced.

You live next door to arriba, don't you. One left to get out tomorrow morning, bloody trees planted next to the posts doesn't help

Break off posts at ground level, place new posts at different position so you don't have to dig the old ones out. Fence covers old posts which just rot into the soil

Good idea in theory but then the panels will not be in line with the original fence. Metpost repair spur and a sledge hammer could do the trick

well you said it trivially annoyed you earlier. That's because I realised I am getting older and am not as strong as I used to be. And, I'm also more short tempered. I'm glad the neighbours were out because my language was appalling

Surely you would have to be cutting panels though?
