The ask fm story is sad but to me it sounds like the dad is looking for a scape goat.

It's all a bit ice hockey, isn't it.

And what's the thinking behind naming sports teams after animals anyway?  Why not plants, or figures from history, or types of ship?

I keep seeing people, particularly families, decked out in matching cycling kit right down to the helmets. I can understand people cycling as a hobby and I wish I could afford a bike myself but is all the gear really necessary, especially if you're cycling with kids in tow?

It's like seeing an entire family at the County Ground in full Swindon kit.

In a similar vein, I saw a big fat guy cycling today wearing all the proper lycra gear.
You're not Bradley Wiggins you fat cunt, shorts and t-shirt would suffice.

At least he's making an effort to get into shape but I'm inclined to agree

I'm not having a pop about him exercising at all, fair play to him, but he looked ridiculous.
I'm pretty chunky myself and would never entertain such attire in public.

I can beat all of that, some fella cycling round Shaw Village Center in full Team GB Lycra gear a few weeks back, complete with aerodynamic helmet and solid rear wheel that was so fucking noisy I heard him before he cycled round the corner. Is it really worth it? We're in Swindon, not a fucking velodrome...
