I don't understand, 2 people wanted a table for 4. But got refused because it was busy, so they left? I don't understand.

Because if two others came in....they would have to share....which aint clever if you are playing toseys under the table. |

No I don't understand why 2 people would not only be surprised at not being given a too large table, but not understand to the point of writing a trip advisor review admitting it.. I was agreeing win the Flammable One. |

I don't understand.
We only have nine tables. On Friday and Saturday nights we don't take bookings, there's no need because we're full anyway and we can turn the tables over quicker. We keep a waiting list behind the bar, and when a table comes available we ring the people to see if they still want a table, and continue down the list until we fill it, or someone at the bar wants it. It can be a bit crazy. But because it's so small we can't afford to give a table of four to two people, and they weren't on the waiting list anyway, and if there's two of you it's easy to eat at the bar if there's room. We have to work that way because we're so small, and anybody who has been in on a fri/sat will vouch for how fucking packed it is. Not that any of that matters, my biggest WTF is why would you leave a tripadvisor review for somewhere that you didn't even eat at. What the fuck are you judging us on? Not letting you eat? |
