Sainsburys trying to be 'hip' and 'cool' for Comic Relief by randomly blaring out Harlem Shake for their staff to drop what they're doing and dance to.
Not only was it a shit crackly copy that somebody has blatantly taped off the radio (remember them days?), the played it at the loudest volume their PA system would go to.
Maybe you'd expect this in an establishment like Aldi or Lidl, but I expected better from Sainsburys.
I never know if you are serious or not

Just the dont understand part: I'm taking our car across to France this summer and a friend has said something about headlight deflectors may need to be fitted? Could I just get away with adjusting the headlight setting to angle the beam down?

Probably not.
What car do you drive? Some have the capability to switch to Euro lights by removing or adding a fuse.

The French police love pulling over British drivers who don't meet French standards, so it's better to be safe than sorry. They insist you carry a load of stuff with you like flourescent jacket etc. at all times too. Sure you know about that, but it's always worth checking...

In the case of headlight deflectors, it's only because they drive on the wrong side of the road!

I've just seen on the AA guide a change in the French law regarding breathalyser kits, recommended to have two in your car but now can not be fined for not having them, think ive read that right. I'll get a couple anyway along with the other bits required.

Getting home from work to a house filled with 14 teenagers. One was on my laptop, they were all raiding our food cupboards without a by-your-leave.
Threw a bit of a grumpy strop and kicked the whole lot out into the pouring rain!

I presume at least one of them was related to you?
