Idiots driving with their front fog lamps on as if they're part of the standard light set up, they are not they are for fog. Then the other morons who turn the front and back ones on at the slightest sign of mist, you know when you can still the the cars hundreds of yards away type mist, then leave the fucking things on when it's as clear a bell.

juicy little oranges, with about a 1/2 inch layer of pith over the surface, which is fooking well chemically bonded to the orange itself...so even after rolling said orange under foot for about 10 minutes, by the time you have picked the pith off, you are left with about 3 pieces of soggy mangled orange, and you yourself and the area around you for about 3m radius is covered in orange squirts...
Just cut oranges into quarters, problem solved.

Why do a lot of new cars have this kind of "fairy light" set up under their headlights, that seem to be on in bright sunshine? Reminds me of a rope light.

They are daytime running lights. Using LED's uses less power and are part of a standard set on some EU cars. It started with the higher end cars but they are getting more common now. As more EU countries require lights to be on (Estonia for example) during the day they'll become more common.

Voice automated calls.
Had to ring HP today. What a nightmare. 'Proliant' one says. 'Advent' the 'lady' says. 'Is this correct?'
No. Piss off.

Just say 'AGENT' when prompted. Usually gets you through to a real person after a couple of times.

Ha ha. Reminds me of when I was in the States years ago, and was prompted by the voice automated system to say "operator", which I did. "I'm sorry," came the reply, "your response has not been comprehended." Bastard thing wouldn't put me through until I drawled "Upperrr-Raiderrrr". Whose bloody language is it anyway?
