Have you ever sat in the DRS? Its impossible to get out of quickly from the back, always has been. |

Ain't it just...last time they did a practice fire drill in there (years ago now - not sure if they've done one recently) the amount of time it took to exit was worrying to say the least. |

OK, but I'm one of the morons - ain't got a choice but stand there so may as well clap. There are people in the Town End, Arkells and even away fans that wait until the end to see him do it (or in the case of away fans, abuse him). |

Have you tried Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - may well be worth a try. Its helps you work out why you get anxious / stressed and gives you some tips on what to do about it. You should be able to get referred by your doctor. I needed it 3 years ago and it really helped. |
