I quite often get tension headaches, so might have to give it a go.
If you google Kinesion tape & Headaches you will find demonstration of how to apply it. Make sure the head is tilted forward and to one side when appling to ensure tension. Would advise shaving neck and shoulders before and remove under a constant shower stream - if you think how much taking a plaster off hurts you'll undertsand. |

If I ever ended up being the man in this scenario I would make sure to actively encourage the kid to keep doing what they're doing. |

What i hate more than anything.Last night couldn't sleep,just waiting for the baby to wake up,of course she didn't and i'm tossing and turning in bed thinking need to sleep before the baby wakes up! The pressure just builds and builds.Read my book and was off by about 2am.Hoping tonight will be better.Has to be doesn't it!?! |

I thought it was just me! Fluffed 3 or 4 times last night. Learned to log in and pretend to buy tickets before hitting the "F5" trail to really buy tonight  On the plus side I'm off to the copper box, and the Mrs and boys have 10,000 mile high views of athletics Monday. Bought the tickets today, so they are still around if your timing is lucky. |

I thought I'd just got lucky with some athletics tickets for Monday. By the time I'd faffed around and had problems with the captchas as well, they only had £420 tickets left. Gutted.

It's a horrible cycle. I ended up getting a couple of hours 7-9 and then another couple 11-1. Pretty knackered now so should sleep like a log tonight. |
