Agree Batch, think any band almost stop the atmosphere. Interesting that the one song I heard the English sing last night 'we're not going home' was accompanied by the band tosspots.

They do help though imo,take wembley for example.4/5 different songs break out at once making a shit atmosphere.At least the band ensure one song is being sang.

Get in contact with the antisocial lot at the council. They will get you to fill in a diary for a couple of weeks, times it happens , how it is affecting you etc.. Then they can pop along for a word, serve an abatement notice if they still don't shut the fuck up etc..
I had similar, but dog shit not noise. Sorted mine fairly easily in the end. The dog died :-/
