The 8 glasses thing is a myth.
Not that you should be put off drinking more water, but everything from food to a cuppa adds to your water intake. The idea that you should actually sit down and force yourself to glug the stuff pint by pint just seems like one of those goals you only set up to fail, really. Especially if you're literally just pissing it away!

The main thing I've always struggled with with that is what they mean by 8 glasses anyway? What size glass? Tumbler? Half pint? Shot glass? One of those massive Bierkeller stein things? |

I often just sit on the throne at work so I don't have interact with any fuckwits for 10 minutes. how else can you surf the web in peace?. our place got movement activated lights in the toilet.. sometimes they go out and I have to use my phone flash to find the door lock. |

im the same, im trying to keep up with the 8 glasses a day and i swear people at work think i have a problem.
I have the bladder of a small child which is really irritating! Made 10 times worse when out on the piss in busy pubs. I'm tempted to start wearing a colostomy bag out to save losing drinking time to toilet visits. Bob's yellow leg.. |
