I haven't a clue about your physique Sam. Just relaying what a very good physiotherapist friend of mine tells me. He is sick of it. Patients who have back problems who are overweight. I have started playing "spot the slim/normal person" in Asda now and I regularly fail. Just an observation. |

I was once told that 1 kg of excess weight puts 10kg of extra stress on the back. |

Carrying a bit of extra timber can prove beneficial.
