I dont think England have a chance at all and like the poster previous I couldnt give a flying fuck.
We are literally putting all our hopes on Englands one decent player Charlie Austin Wayne Rooney.

Good. Maybe we'll see someone like Baines get a game. After Bridge's last game for England, this decision should have been made for him, he was so shit.

On the subject of his replacement for England (and yes he would have played if Ashley Cole doesn't get fit in time), Warnock and Baines are not bad, I would throw in (and I'll get shot down for this) the vastly improved in the past couple of years Phil Neville.

Bridge should have been binned after the notorious Croatia game, when he gave easily the worst performance I've ever seen in an England shirt. Unfortunately fellas like Baines aren't better, which is why someone like Capello tends not to pick them from choice. However you can go a fair old way in the WC, without necessarily being that great.

Phil Neville hasn't been playing left-back though has he? Capello is pretty strict with positioning.

Fair point. He has played there before though and is a better player now than he was then, there has also been people suggesting Milner may play there. I think you are right though, it'll be between Baines and Warnock.

If James Milner gets in before Stevie fucking G,Owen plays up front with Rooney and Joe Cole gets back to his best I might show a bit of interest-but pinning our hopes on twats like Ferdinand, Terry and Beckham and having no keeper means we're fucked anyway,I reckon.

Think its pretty good for us this time isn't it as South Africa is a couple of hours ahead of us (well Cape Town is).
So its all afternoon kick offs I think.

South Africa is pretty much the same time zone as us isn't it? It's pretty directly south.
