FB, I know you have created some wonderful dishes (I've seen the pics on this site  Smiley) do you have any suggestions on the best thing(s) to add to a tin of tuna chunks?

I had a thought along the lines of chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped salad leaves and lime juice? I don't want to experiment in case I don't like it.  Huh?

I dunno. I can't eat tinned tuna bits anymore since overdosing on it once.

Tuna is best mixed with Mayonnaise, some vinegar and plenty of black pepper, served between two slices of buttered bread.

Cucumber optional, indeed, a well served tuna sandwich is about the only time that it can be said that cucumber actually tastes good.

The sandwiches taste so much better when cut into triangles.
