Late to this, but has anything actually been confirmed as to cause yet, these seems to be a lot of hinting but nothing of substance.

No, "not treated as suspicious" is all. With his history of depression, drugs and MG issues it was an assumption - apologies.

T'wasn't aimed at you, it seems pretty rife in the media with hints being dropped left right and centre.
