That's a bit rough. He was in loads of stuff in the 70s and 80s, but difficult to pick 1 thing he was well know for. Recognise the face?

It was mainly Ipswich or Norwich with Luton now and then and a annual trip to Colchester etc. RIP Gerry As a side note, I saw a lot of the Bobby Robson Ipswich mid/late seventies to early 80's team because of that, what a team they were.

I'll have you know that man is THE STAR of "Accident in Park Road" (the road safety public information film where the kid runs out between parked cars). Ok it's no "Lonely Water" (not every PIF gets an eerie Donald Pleasance voiceover) but it stopped me running out without looking both ways as a kid.
