Joey Jordison. His kind of music is not for everyone, but for a metal head like me this is horrible news. Passing of a legend

Fellow metal head right here. So very sad. Joey was an incredible drummer and all round musician. Massive shock.

This brings back memories of when I went to the Reading/Leeds festival in 2000. (some line up now looking back)

https://www.readingfestival.com/history/reading-2000

I doubt many could say they have seen Daphne & Celeste, Slipknot and Rage against the Machine on the same bill! I watched Slipknot from a distance as they weren't really my cup of tea. A total racket but the crowd seemed to enjoy it!

RIP

Another metal head here. He was unbelievable. I saw Slipknot many times and watching him was something else. A real big loss to the community

Heard this the other day.

Immense drummer. As are usually many metal band drummers. Time signatures...ahhh man.

Sleep well. Hope you took your 515s with you though, you'll need them; wherever you've gone to.
