Ajit Wadekar... you'll need to be an old cricket fan to get this, but I loved that 71 side of which he was captain. First Indian side to win a Test in England, they'd been trying since 1932.

The victory won the series,  India got rescued by rain in the 2nd Test, England perhaps in the first... what I particularly liked was the use of spin bowlers, couple of all rounders Solkar and Abid Ali saw off the shine, then it was Venkat, Chandra and Bishen Bedi for the rest of the day.

John Snow got banned in that series.... Stokes makes him look like a vicar's son
I like what you did there Reg

I'm a pretty cold hearted chap. But seeing this made me pretty sad.

I doubt cold hearted. Try ambivalent and or indifferent.
