Looks like DJ Derek's body found near Cribbs Causeway yesterday after being missing for several months.

I'm struggling to get my head round the concept of a white septuagenarian who put on a Jamaican accent when playing reggae tracks. Was he on the way to a race relations meeting? Sad someone has died, but What the holy fuck.

I must admit that listening to him talk I did feel almost uncomfortable with his accent, it seemed almost insulting, but he was accepted by the black community in Bristol a long time ago so they seemed to not have had a problem with him.

My wife passed away last night after losing her battle with MND.

A truly awful illness that within 18 months took her from someone who was able to watch games from the DRS to someone who lost the use of all her limbs, couldn't talk or eat and eventually took away her ability to breathe.

At 54 it's far too young for her to have left us, bye bye sweetheart Crying
