Bit harsh? I know he's not everybody's cup of tea but surely that's no way to react to his death!

I'm surprised no ones mentioned the evil bastard Cecil Parkinson, who has popped his clogs and gone straight to hell to join his leader.

You know that hell is just a construct, yes? It doesn't actually exist?

Let's be kind and recognise that Cecil has gone to sleep with Maggie and they are cuddled up under duvets waiting for Norman Tebbit to join them?

It's not like the world is full of chaos, hate and depressing news. I'm so glad that hell is a construct.  Beers

That sounds like a privilege for your mate...a few at a pub in Derby or a few hundred thou at Woodstock in 69, this guy certainly lived a fully life and to my regret was the other half of Grace Slick, one of a number of charismatic hellraisers of those days.

It's actually thought that the concept of the Abrahamic hell derived from an actual place just outside Jerusalem. It was like a large rubbish tip that was often burning and smouldering and people of the time were threatened with being sent there as punishment if they didn't tow the line. It's mentioned in the bible a a few times.

You're welcome

Not normally affected by 'celeb' deaths, but this one makes me very sad.

RIP, Sir Terry.

No, I didn't know hell was a construct. Well you live and learn. Next thing you'll tell me is, muslim paradise doesn't exist and there isn't 70 virgins waiting for them.
As for Cecil and Crazy Mag, "lets be kind"? No fucking way, evil bastards, all of them
No karma? No point. Just me pissing on their graves left to do.

Goddamn - I was really hoping you'd got that wrong Batch. The words National, Treasure and Legend get thrown around all too freely at times like this and they tend to sound rather insincere. They are all completely apt in this case though.

Edit: I just happened to see your post first - Didn't spot the ones before it.
