I remember listening to him on Radio 1, 76 is no age really these days.

I remember listening to his soul show on radio 1, and that is where i got the score updates from the Swindon Gillingham play-off final at Selhurst Park as there was no sport on radio 2 that night (no Radio 5 in those days).
