I was going to invent some immense story about how I carried on rogue lifeguarding on the side, but I can't really be arsed.

So err. nah, I'm afraid it's not. Sorry.

Have you ever seen Licence to Kill, the Bond film?

Would have been like that but instead of Kill, Lifeguard.

There's some great Lifeguarding jobs going on the continent in good five star hotels JFW, good money, free accommodation, free food, free soft drinks and every night off to party.... now thats got to be tempting.

So say, they're looking at getting it rescheduled for next week or the week after if it does get valled off, in an effort to actually get some games played.

Don't know if I'll be more annoyed if the game gets called off or if the snow doesn't stick around so I can go sledging with the kids. Each would be a compensation for the lack of the other, if that makes sense. If I get no game AND no sledging tho I shan't be happy and may stalk Michael Fish as vengeance;

If it rains can't you just go sledging in the mud? Good times.
