I bet when told, like most of the nation, Prime Minister Brown said "Andrew who? Oh the Spanish guy from that show" The more this is going on, the more amusing it is.

Agreed - 10,000 complete cunts that don't know who Ross, Brand, Sachs or his slutty granddaughter are!

only 2 complaints were made after the initial broadcast. no doubt the rest of them have got it in for Ross and Brand.

Oh right so because it's in the Daily Mail it must be wrong. Not at all. Its wrong because its wrong. The fact that the Daily Mail are leading the campaign to get them sacked only goes to prove how pointless and stupid it is. It's funny how in all the coverage no-one is prepared on record to defend on the BBC what the BBC did.
Remind me, what did the BBC do?

After being told by Sachs he didn't want it transmitted. I think Brand and Ross are really at fault (Maybe guilty of bad taste, but meh) Someone at the BBC has dropped bollock though....

I didn't know what this whole thing was about until I saw a clip yesterday. I have to admit I found it funny as fuck.
I can't see the point in the government now sticking their noses in.

Yes, which is precisely what his spokesman said the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th times he was asked about it. They were talking about this on 5Live when I was on my way to the non-match - this dominated the PM's briefing to the press yesterday, they basically (according to 5Live) hounded a statement out of the spokesman, then all went "Ooooh, look Brown's commented on it". Ross and Brand should be hung though. Just for being gits as much as anything else

As Paul says it was a case of Brown having to make a response as the journos wouldn't shut up about it.
I think what they did was well out of order. But all this fuss is a bit much.No one has died.

Yeah good point Rich, Mr Brand's next broadcast should be funny as, hopefully his listening figures will go through the roof. So Sach's innocent little grand daughter now wants action taken against RB & JR. I suppose the more people talk about it the more well known she'll get, great career move for the girl.

FFS utterly ridiculous. Sachs gets offended, Ross and Brand apologise, BBC apologise and OFCOM check broadcasting guidelines for breaches. That's all fair enough.
But it's all gone mental now. Why? Completely stupid overreaction and the likes of the Daily Mail and their window licker readers don't help.
