I got about as far as you, turned it off when the 'maverick' character disabled the car bomb despite everyone telling him to get out of there. The stereotypes and bad acting got too much. Fucking dumb shit film, from what I saw. And some people rave about it.

Watched Grown Ups tonight. Twas alright, didn't really have a story line. Think Adam Sandler's getting a bit thin on ideas now.
Steve Buscemi was funny as fuck though (as always).

I watched American Psycho last night, pretty good and gets you thinking at the end about whether the killings took place or whether people were covering up for him etc, worth watching.
Also watched Trainspotting the night before last, really good film, some horrible moments though like finding the baby dead, that really got to me.
