Really? I don't think I can bring myself to watch Micheal Cera play Micheal Cera AGAIN.

Going to the cinema a fair bit recently, so here's my version of Film 10.
London Boulevard - Ray Winstone should hang his head in shame, absolute wank.
Machete - Take your brain out before watching it, it's like loads of Tarantino scripts got mixed up and they made a film out of the result.
Megamind - Awesome.

I thought the same as you before I watched it tbh, but I'll give anything with Will Ferrell in a chance and I'm glad I did.

Watched..No Country For Old Men...very good film but a disapointing ending(in my view). Javier Margem has a great presence on screen and must admit i dont really know a lot about him.

Finally got round to watching Inception at the weekend.
I thought it was superb, but I love films with so many complexities in the story which get you thinking.
I was trying to explain the end to the wife but she just didn't get it.

Dont think you are far wrong with Machete. Wasn't it one of the spoof film trailers on Deathproof/Planet Terror?

I wasn't going to post this, as it might sound like I am up my own arse, but it's actually, the opposite. I think. I don't see what there was to get about Inception. I saw no twist and no plot that required any real thinking. I must have missed some fundamental thing - my multi-tasking must be biting me on the arse again - because loads of people have said this and I, until now, have not voiced my puzzlement. I'll watch it again tonight and post my verdict tomorrow. Edit: Don't ruin it for me by posting clues or spoilers here please.

I'm the same Barry. Although I think due to my brain working overtime so I didn't miss anything is the reason I didn't think it was brilliant. The film deliberately tries to out-clever itself when really the plot is just based a simple idea.
Thought the action and suspense was decent enough though.

Edit: Don't ruin it for me by posting clues or spoilers here please. I get the whole point of the film and that, in principle, it's simple idea. It was more the sub-plots like Cobb bringing in his own projections and how Cobb & Saito 'got lost' and had to find each other that I found a bit more complex.

Just watched Lenny the 1970's biopic of Lenny Bruce starring Dustin Hoffman.
I really enjoyed it.
