Just remembered I watched In the loop on the plane to SA. Hilarious film, very very good.

I'm going to watch Inside Man tonight. I've seen it before although I was very alcohol fuelled at the time and could barely cling onto the storyline.

I've been practically dry for the past 3 weeks so it should be more successful viewing this time round.

Watched Escape from Alcatraz with Clint Eastwood in, and was thoroughly impressed. Can't wait to go to Alcatraz now.

Alcatraz has been one of my favourite ever excursions, and i include the pyramids and Ayers rock in that. The films ace too, I watched Frost/nixon and really didnt like it much, probably due to my long term dislike of david frost.

The storyline isn't as complicated as I expected, but it was a well thought out film overall and it was quite clever.

On the slightly negative side Jodie Foster plays her character very well. I say negative because she annoys the fuck out of me usually, but even more in this role. You'll see what I mean.

Watching Seven for the 1,952nd time.  Still teriffic.

Watched The Young Victoria and Frost/Nixon this weekend.  Young Victoria could have been a lot better - it was rather staid and dull.

Frost/Nixon I really quite enjoyed.  Sheen was good, but the film was made by the performance of the guy who played Nixon - his name escapes me.

Frank Langella - I made almost exactly the same comment a while back, which was recently echoed by Spy.

Thanks - has he been in anything else of note that you know of? Never heard of him.
