I also thought Dark Knight was a very good flick,I watched punisher war zone last night which i happened to enjoy to,if you like popcorn flicks with loads of action this is worth a watch.

Much better than the first one.

Boobs aside, that was an awful film.

One on many comedies from this decent that goes on for too long. Although Will Ferrell's Funeral Crashing was funny.

I feel kind of ahead of the game on this one. Cheesy Can see myself watching it again sometime soon.

You gonna watch it yeah? Let me know what you think.

Spy, saw this today and really enjoyed it (3 of us watching in in the Empire and one of those was my better half). Yes it was visually superb and a great modern take on an old story with an added twist. Worth the watch.

Also saw Little Miss Sunshine yeaterday on tv (my wife was more keen than me) and enjoyed that thoroughlly too ! Particularly her dance at the end.....superb !

ad a monster film weekend and caught...

Death Race:  I cannot recommend this enough.  Based on the original B movie it does exactly what it says on the tin, superbly.  It won’t win any awards but it’s thoroughly entertaining and marvellous far fetched.  A Lovejoy-licious 8/10

The Bucket List: Slow, predictable but reasonably well done.  Should and could have been a lot better, especially with the cast involved but even still it quite an enjoyable watch and prompted me to write my own list.  6.5/10

Saw V: Mercifully short.  Not bad, not great and effectively a clone of every other film in the series with the added spin of ensuring the series has a foundation/excuse to continue.  Saw VI is already wrapped up and will go about wrapping up the loose ends.  I think it’ll prove to be the end of series.  5/10

I liked the first couple of Saw films, then got bored.  As you say, they basically clone each other - would have liked to have seen them try something different.

I had a war film night a couple of evenings back - watched Enemy at the Gates, We Were Soldiers and All Quiet on the Western Front.  That was a good evening.

That sex scene with BBT and Halle Berry in Monsters Ball is immense.

I've got Layer Cake, The Constant Gardner, Blade Runner and Enemy of the State to watch this week. Should be decent.
